Senior Climate Resilience Engineer / Project Manager- Northeast

• Knowledge of civil engineering and resiliency design principles
• Demonstrated experience developing adaptation solutions for transportation assets
• Familiarity with publicly available climate data and models
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO and DOT design standards
• Knowledge of state and federal resilience focused funding programs/sources

Education and Experience

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in a Northeast state or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience on infrastructure projects for municipal and agency clients

This role is location flexible between our Northeast offices and hybrid work; may require some field work. Each of our regional offices offer a welcoming environment with flexible workstations, on-site amenities, and in-office events. Must have valid driver’s license.
