A minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction administration and management.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience managing construction administration and field staff.
Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Registered PE in the state of OH or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or ability to acquire within six (6) months is required
- Experience administering and managing municipal construction projects
- Experience managing construction administration staff
- Candidate must have professional writing abilities and ability to manage client relationships
- Self-Motivated with good work ethic are required
- Self-confidence and strong people skills are needed
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record
Education and Experience
A bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar and is a Registered Professional Engineer or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).A minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction administration and management.
