  • A strong reputation in the water industry and with strategic clients and teaming partners, with demonstrated ability to pursue and win sole-source and competitive projects.
  • A proven problem solver with a collaborative attitude.

Education and Experience

BA/BS, MA/MS, JD, or Ph.D. in Environmental Studies, Environmental, or Biological Sciences; Water Policy and Law; or other natural or physical sciences from an accredited college or university.

At least 12 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities for pursuing and executing complex water and natural resource projects in California.
Expertise in environmental compliance strategy, including identifying, evaluating, and solving compliance and regulatory challenges.
Experience planning, leading, writing, and reviewing complex environmental documents, including managing multidisciplinary production teams comprised of Stantec and subconsultant staff.


Majority of time spent in office environment with prolonged sitting and computer work, or combination of office and field .
Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs.
