- Exhibit extensive project experience supporting the ability to win, do, and manage work.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of all phases of architectural document production through construction administration and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge and application of accessibility codes and applicable building codes.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to lead/guide junior staff and take responsibility for accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in a project team setting through all phases of document production.
- Ability to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Ability to present to client groups and create design solutions that interpret and fulfill the needs of the client.
- Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, building programs and other similar material and communicate abstract ideas (verbal/written).
- Understands Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD; Prefer experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUP, Newforma, Bluebeam, etc.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related field. Licensed Interior Designer. Minimum of 7 years of experience. LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.
