Senior Marketing Specialist (Rochelle Park, NJ)

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Knowledge and familiarity working with New Jersey agencies’ procurement procedures is highly sought after.
• Experience developing responses to detailed requests for proposals (RFPs) and presentations is required. 
• Must be proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite Programs, InDesign, and web-based interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills. 
• Must have the ability to work independently and in cooperation with a larger regional team. Candidate should enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies.
• Must thrive working in a deadline-driven environment and able to multi-task. 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. 
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related field. Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
