Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong knowledge of industry standards.
- Ability to lead one or more teams through all phases of projects.
- Checks the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manages time to meet project budget and schedule.
- Participates and collaborates in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Expertise in mine health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in the regulations and preparation of NI 43-101 technical reports and meet the statutory requirements necessary.
- Strong presentation and interview skills.
- Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- 20 years of relevant experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
- Experience needed in primarily underground hard rock. Preferably with a strong operational background. Surface experience would be an asset.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
