Senior NEPA Project Manager

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Demonstrated and enduring experience conducting business within the Pacific region
• Strong relationships with federal clients is required
• Proven track record as a high performer who can self-motivate to get results
• Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgement
• Experience in management/leadership positions and training/mentoring staff
• Proven success in leading teams in support of client objectives
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Position requires a pre-employment Drug screen

Preferred

• Contacts with local state, city/county, education, or industrial/commercial entities in Hawaii/Pacific is desirable
• Experience authoring and managing Hawaii Environmental Policy Act (“HEPA”) (Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 343) documents is desirable.

Education and Experience

• BS/BA Degree in relevant field preferred (Environmental Studies, Biology, Wildlife Biology, Engineering, Community/Urban Planning, or similar fields.)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the federal sector as a NEPA “seller-doer” authoring and managing NEPA documents.
• Ability to obtain IAW NISPOM security clearance

Preferred

• Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred (Environmental Studies, Biology, Wildlife Biology, Engineering, Community/Urban Planning, or similar fields.)
• Professional registration/certification (PE, AICP, PMP, RA, etc) is preferred, but not necessary.
