To be successful for this role you'll need:

·       Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

·       Ideally you should have 7+ years of experience.

·       CPEng and RPEQ qualifications are mandatory.

·       Previous civil leadership experience working in civil projects including stormwater/roads, land development and councils.

·       Previous success in delivering large projects; demonstrated ability to maintain full control and understanding of technical aspects of projects in order to successfully manage technical risk.

·       Ability to deliver and manage stakeholders in a complex environment, be accountable for client satisfaction by supporting the project team.

·       Commercial acumen in managing resources and budgets.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proven experience in time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
