●        Prior to employment with Stantec, this position may require the successful passing of a drug & alcohol screen.

●        Working knowledge of relevant software.

Education and Experience

●        Bachelor’s degree,

●        15+ years of experience in public and/or private sector community planning, entitlements, urban design, sustainability, smart mobility, and land development.

●        AICP Certification or Professional licensure or ability to obtain same is required.
