- B.Sc. Engineering
- Mining Industry experience preferred
- Professional registration in US
- Ability to work independently as a senior leader across the entire Mining Business Line
- Work with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects within the mining sector
- Strong team player, collaborator, and communicator with good people skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple offices and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to champion both technical and client service excellence with conviction and purpose.
- Ability to travel to global offices and client sites as required
- Strong in identifying talents and creating space and mentorship for their growth and development
