About the role:
Due to the continued success and growth of the New Zealand Water & Wastewater Treatment business, we are expanding our process engineering team and require someone to take on a senior role.
As a Senior Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include the design and development of treatment systems and processes, leading technical aspects of project delivery, mentoring junior engineers, trouble shooting and problem solving of process related issues, ensuring process safety and compliance, data analysis and reporting. You will be working with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, operations, management, and external stakeholders. To achieve project goals – excellent verbal and written communication skills would be highly regarded.
As a key member of our Lower North Island team and wider NZ business, you will have the opportunity to be involved in some of the regions transformational infrastructure projects coupled with the opportunity to support projects across the broader Stantec NZ business.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Process Engineer with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
