Senior Process Specialist

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Strong knowledge and application of process design standards and practices 
• Thorough understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of the mineral process industry.
• Working knowledge of industry practices and safety management strategies.
• Working knowledge of construction contract administration and review of construction contractor’s work for contract compliance.
• Experience with contract conflict settlement and contract negotiations.
• Ability to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule.
• Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
• Ability to develop technical work plan and support project pursuits.
• Thorough understanding of process engineering concepts and ability to effectively communicate ideas to others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work will include exposure to the elements including inclement weather, hazardous locations, confined space entry, working from heights, and walking rugged terrain.

Out of town overnight assignments will on occasion be required.
