- Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral presentation
- Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgment
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
- Ability to use extensive working knowledge of all paperwork procedures necessary to complete the contract documents to obtain permits
- Ability to use working knowledge of all consultant work to maintain efficiencies and meet deadlines
- Ability to write reports and business correspondences
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time via a variety of travel methods including air travel
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
- Expertise in MS Office softwares
- Superior leadership and management skills
- Selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.
Education and Experience
- BS degree in Engineering
- Professional Registration required; PE, RA, or AICP
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering or Planning
- Experience with Federal Agency/DOD planning and budget/contracting procedures
