- Experienced in managing U.S. Military buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
- Knowledge of managing all phases of AE projects including project delivery methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tracking record of delivering projects on time and budget.
- Effectively manages multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Skilled in facilitating internal and external project team meetings, monitoring, tracking, and controlling outcomes to resolve issues, conflict, and prioritization.
- Team player with the client, project team, and partnering contractors.
- Effective negotiator and communicator.
- Adaptive and strategic.
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects; Prefer experience with Revit.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Must be a licensed Engineer. California or Hawaii licensure is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the architectural-engineering industry of which minimum 15 years of experience as a project manager in architectural-engineering firms.
- LEED Green Associate or LEED AP a plus.
- DoD experience preferred especially experience with NAVFAC and USACE.
- Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
