Senior Project Manager/Engineer- Water Resource

- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations and permitting requirements including the required supporting documentation.

- Knowledge of documents related to requests for proposals, invitations for bid, and tendering offers.

- Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communications skills.
- Efficient project management/technical leadership of assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects.

- Strong presentation and interview skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgement, creativity, and innovation.
- Requisite knowledge, interpretation, and application of design and construction codes.

- Ability to travel as needed to fill role responsibilities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science (minimum) in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Systems, Environmental Engineering, or other closely related degree required. Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years prior experience in a similar role required.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience with large project or contract management responsibilities required.
- Professional Licensure (P.E.) required. Registered in Georgia or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Preferred: Georgia Safe Dams Program Engineer of Record
Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
