Senior Project Manager, Logistics

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Experience using project management and collaborative tools for effectively delivering projects
• Knowledge of commercial and contractual issues
• Understanding of effective management of scope, schedule and quality of projects
• Highly effective interpersonal communication and negotiation skills and people management ability with clients, staff, and colleagues
• Demonstrated knowledge of, and support of mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and a code of ethical behavior
• Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to make sound business decisions, and identify, assess, evaluate, and solve complex problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly as well as commuting to local project sites

Education and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline. 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing and/or coordinating projects.
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
