- Experience managing large complex projects (Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, Aviation, Transportation, Education, and Justice)
- Demonstrated experience in Alternative Project Delivery models
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in project management, architecture, or engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing large scale complex projects including a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a project manager with an architectural-engineering firm.
- Professional designation and/or PMP preferred
- LEED Green Associate or LEED AP a plus
