Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong project management skills working on civil engineering projects, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel and subconsultants.
- Experience in leadership including setting expectations for project success, and strategy development.
- Demonstrated successful experience in decision making, including making sound defensible business decisions; and identifying, assessing, evaluating, and solving complex problems.
- Experience managing project budgets including project financial forecasting and earned value management.
- Travel to other offices as well as to project sites may be required.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or environmental engineering, or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in project management, preferably for water resources projects.
- Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
