Senior Project Manager - Workplace & Commercial

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Ability to effectively lead multiple projects, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent team management skills including the ability to lead, participate and collaborate on projects from conception to completion. 
• Proven experience with creating project plans, schedules, and other project administrative requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to provide analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Must be a capable personnel manager, with leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related field. 15+ years of design firm or related AEC industry experience including Workplace. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management or similar responsibilities such as leading teams, projects, and overseeing personnel.
