Experience in successful highway project pursuits including identifying opportunities, client engagement, developing teaming strategies and developing proposals.
Ability to lead a design team on multiple assignments.
Strong client interaction and relationship skills.
Ability to work in groups. Flexibility.
Good communication, multi-tasking, attentiveness to detail.
Willingness to learn new skills and interface with multiple project managers.
Proficiency with MicroStation and InRoads.
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D a plus.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Ability to manage all aspects of highway/roadway infrastructure development including transportation planning and traffic engineering, and corridor studies.Experience in successful highway project pursuits including identifying opportunities, client engagement, developing teaming strategies and developing proposals.

Education and Experience
Completion of a four (4) year college level academic program in Civil Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree is mandatory. 20 years of experience.
