- Highly effective in assisting and leading teams on complex projects.
- Demonstrates ability to readily identify potential problems on a project.
- Efficient project management of multiple concurrent projects.
- Highly effective in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals, including strategic fee proposals.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field. Prefer APA, AIA or PLA certification. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a planner, minimum of 5 years managing complex projects and/or staff.
