Senior Water Resources Engineer
To be successful for this role you'll present:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, or related discipline.
- Between 5 - 15 years experience within the field of water resources engineering, specifically floodplain management
- Experience providing technical input into flood risk management projects and preparing concise and clear technical reports
- Experience preparing expressions of interest and proposals, and carry out other appropriate marketing initiatives.
- Experience engaging with clients in order to nurture long lasting relationships
- A sound understanding of project management frameworks, experience in leading project teams, and excellent organisation and time management skills, with a developing to advanced level of financial competency.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Collaboration with designers, environmental scientists, planners and engineers to deliver designs that are innovative, environmentally sensitive and practical
- Commitment to collaborative and ethical behaviour in a client-facing environment
