ServiceNow Business Analyst
About the role
Our ServiceNow Operations team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join us on a permanent, full‑time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and help design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to organisational goals. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into clear functional documentation and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across the ServiceNow platform.

Day to day tasks would involve:
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements
Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows using ServiceNow capabilities
Producing functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Acting as a key liaison between business users and technical delivery teams
Supporting testing, UAT, training, and post‑implementation validation activities
To be successful for this role you'll need:
A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within ServiceNow environments
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and ITIL processes
Excellent communication, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CIS, and ITIL v4 will be highly regarded.
