EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

·       College Diploma or a Bachelor's degree;

·       Experience in the field of physical security (asset);

·       Certification from a recognize Physical Security Organization (asset)

·       Member of a recognize Physical Security Organization (asset)

·       Knowledge of Physical Security Principals (CPTED, TRA’s, Zoning, etc.);

·       Experience in managing projects, proposal writing, reporting to Management;

·       Experience in working with Architectural, Construction plans/ drawings;

·       Fluency in spoken and written English (essential) - Bilingual (French) is an asset;

·       Ability to perform site inspection;

·       Experience in participating in project coordination; 

·       Experience in assessing issues, problems and requests, asking the right questions to clarify needs and in making recommendations, and in communicating ideas requirements and expectations clearly. 

·       Experience in delivering high-quality services in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines;

·       Experience in providing guidance and direction to management, senior management, project teams, and working groups.

·       Experience working with one or more of the following applications, or others: Publisher, Adobe, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.+

·       Must be able to obtain a “Secret” Canadian government security clearance;

·       Must have a driver's license and access to a car;

·       Possibility of nationwide and international projects, so available and willing to travel.
