Education and Experience
- 12 to 20 years work experience in engineering geology or geological engineering; dams experience a plus.
- Master’s Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering from an accredited university preferred.
- Professional Geologist and/or Engineer license preferred.
- Knowledge of the principles of geological engineering and working knowledge of the principles of civil/geotechnical engineering.
- Willing and able to travel, both nationally and internationally, to conduct field investigation or construction quality oversight, or senior review type work.
- Knowledge of geologic and geotechnical analysis and characterization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sound organizational, technical, written, and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
