Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of and interest in state and local government organizational structure, budgeting / reporting, infrastructure funding, and types of services they provide is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and other business systems required.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of presenting/sharing analyses in an interactive work setting while being able to make adjustments in a live setting.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, data science, engineering, accounting, or related fields are required. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 20+ years total post-undergraduate working experience in municipal management consulting, economics, infrastructure funding, and/or financial analysis and/or working for local government agencies in these areas.
- Direct work experience/history with state and local government agencies or water agencies in funding, regulatory, and technical initiatives.
- Focused experience working with state and local agencies in the U.S. Northeast
- Project management experience, including preparing and managing project scope, schedule, team activities, communication, and deliverables.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects simultaneously.
