Your Capabilities and Credentials 

  • Project Management or Project Administration related experience.
  • Experience designing, documenting, and rolling out workflows.
  • Experience designing and implementing dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SPM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or Application Portfolio Management (APM) tools is a plus.
  • ServiceNow certification and/or Service Now administrator experience is a plus.

 

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
  • Related education will be an asset
