Structural Engineer - Advanced Technology

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Requisite knowledge and application of structural design codes, standards, and applicable building codes
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, seismic design, construction means and methods, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form concepts and ideas to a diverse audience of Architects, Engineers, and Owner clients effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in both independently and in team settings
• Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought
• Ability to determine design automation processes and parametric design approaches for complex design and geometry
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. 

Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 or more years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Professional Engineering license is required, Structural Engineering license is preferred
• Experience with modeling software (Autodesk Revit)
• Experience with general business software (Microsoft Office suite)
• Experience with industry standard Structural Engineering software (CSI, RISA, RAM, etc.)
• Experience with programming languages and software (C++, C#, Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.)
