Your Capabilities and Credentials
As the ideal candidate, you have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities and team centered focus.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles applicable to concrete and steel analysis and design.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Heavy Industrial or the Construction Industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro and/or RISA-3D is an asset.
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD is an asset.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other Stantec offices is an asset.
- Registered as an engineer-in-training or ability to register.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
- 0 to 4 years of engineering, design, and construction experience in heavy industry.
- A Masters Degree with focus on structural engineering is an asset.
