Structural Project Technical Lead/Team Leader

To be successful for this role you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant project technical experience in the consulting or engineering industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Structural/Civil Engineering).
• CPEng/NER accreditation.
• Registered Design Practitioner or on pathway to achieve, highly desirable.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and/ or projects.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• A track record of driving business performance through technical and commercial contributions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and influence.
• A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for growing business and people.
