Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Thorough knowledge of structural details and industry standards, especially in steel and concrete construction
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to prepare structural drawings, including checking for accuracy, drawing standards and perform inter-disciplinary coordination
- Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with an ability to work either independently or with team members in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Able to work under and meet tight deadlines
- Able to recognize when technical problems are developing and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Education and Experience
Structural technology diploma/certificate or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience.Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
