Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite is required, including; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong research skills (internet savvy) 
  • Excellent customer service performance
  • Keen attention to detail and action tracking is a must
  • Thorough knowledge of English composition and grammar (French literacy would be highly valued)
  • Able to work independently
  • Open to learning new concepts and providing ideas
  • Looking to grow and develop individually and within the team
  • Strong business ethics practices
  • In addition to above responsibilities, candidate must be adaptable, eager to learn, have a positive approach to problem solving and new situations, and be prepared to assist with other administration tasks when necessary

Education and Experience

  • Preference for experience in clerical/administrative work; including document management and control
  • Preference for diploma in Office Administration, or similar. Minimum educational achievement equivalent to high school graduation
  • HSE or Contract Administration or Insurance training or background would also be an asset
