Survey Project Manager
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Ability to gather and organize survey research and records
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and construction documents
- Ability to prepare calculations and instructions for field work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with a project team
- Must have a good driving record and valid Driver's License
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Geomatics, Surveying or related field. California PLS preferred (licensure from another state with intent to obtain CA PLS will be considered).
Minimum 10 years Land Surveying experience preferred. Experience in land boundary and construction staking required. Experience with Transportation projects and Caltrans. Experience using Trimble total stations and GPS receivers. Experience in Civil 3D and, or Land Development Desktop. Experience with Trimble Business Center. Experience with geodetic control.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
