Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required; preferred Associate’s or Technical Degree.
- Preferred 0-2 years working experience as a Land Surveyor or Land Survey Technician, with a minimum of 1 year experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
- Any experience with MicroStation and/or ArcGIS is a bonus.
- You have a good understanding of field survey methods and calculations, local survey laws, rules, and regulations.
- You have experience performing field boundary, topographic, land title surveys and construction staking.
- You can successfully gather and organize survey research and records, and interpret engineering plans, maps, and documents.
- You have experience or an understanding using GPS, data collectors, total stations, robotics and relevant survey equipment.
- You are available to travel out of town and overnight when required.
