 Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three years of experience managing others preferred. 
  • High level of proficiency in the following software: Taleo and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Loxo or other CRM platforms. 
  • Experience working within the architecture, engineering, construction industry, or professional services environment strongly preferred. 
  • Designations such as RPR, PHR, CHRP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter are an asset.
