- Master's degree in a relevant field (asset).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to supervise a work team.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in French.
- Project management skills (scheduling, allocation of resources, budget, etc.).
- Experience in environmental assessment
- Very good knowledge of provincial and federal regulations
- Experience in the field of infrastructure
