Your Capabilities and Credentials
- • Graduate of a technical college or degree program
• At least 10 years’ related experience, including pavement engineering, pavement management and non-destructive testing of pavements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a consulting engineering firm
• Demonstrated prior leadership experience, sound business acumen, communication and people skills through the management of professional teams in the engineering, architectural, planning or project management fields
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, having led teams involved in pavement engineering and management
• Experience working with integrated team environments is essential
• Well-developed written communication skills in the preparation of technical reports, correspondence and proposals are also important
• Professional registration (as an engineer or other related discipline) is considered an asset
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field & Licensed Professional Engineer. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience.Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
