Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong communication skills, including an aptitude for effective leadership and people management
- Comprehensive understanding of all phases of T&D projects, including conventional and alternative delivery methods for public and private clients
- Ability to effectively discuss project issues with clients and stakeholders
- Possesses excellent time-management skills; Thorough understanding of task assignment and schedule, budgeting and efficient use of time and resources
- Working knowledge of electrical utility systems, policies and procedures including engineering standards
- Experience working with a major electrical utility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Available to travel up to 25%
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 to 10 years of utility experience (electric, water, gas, or telecom).Degrees must be from an accredited university in a related field of study.
Team Lead experience is required.
P.Eng is required.
