WATER: Project Management Team Lead
HASTINGS
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Water group for a Project Management Team Leader position. This is a dual function where you will be managing a portfolio of projects, alongside managing a team of Project Managers and Project Controls reporting to the Lower North Island Project Management Lead.
Below is a snapshot of your key responsibilities as Team Lead;
Understand and coordinate the team workload, resourcing and outputs.
Co-ordinate the assignment of Project Managers to projects with Lower North Island PML.
Contribute to the development of the team’s skills and experience.
Ensure all team members have a clear path towards Professional Accreditation, where appropriate.
Be responsible for team utilisation.
Provide leadership and project management to team.
Support the Lower North Island PML with the implementation of Stantec Project Management tools and processes.
Manage a portfolio of projects.
Initiate and manage business development opportunities and provide excellent client service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop business opportunities to grow the Water Team
The Team Leader position is a function in addition to your Project Manager role.
