To be successful for this role you'll need:
· Demonstrate an interest in leading a team contributing to the development of young engineers whilst providing rigorous financial governance;
· Some understanding of utility authority policies and procedures;
· A demonstrated design background with sound technical knowledge;
· Previous experience in project management on civil projects
· Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
