- Strong writing skills are a must.
- Understanding of planning and design concepts.
- Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, working with others in a team setting, communicating directly with the project manager and project leadership and working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Create easy-to-understand help documentation that conveys the value to the user by blending text with visuals such as images, tables, etc., in a user-friendly voice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in English literature, technical writing, communication, or a related field
- 6+ years of technical writing experience
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
