Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Deep experience in implementation and change management.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including familiarity in programming languages, frameworks and technologies, including but not limited to JAVA, SQL, Webservices, JSON, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, LoadSpring).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate the team.
- Financial acumen, strong client/project focus, growth leader, inspirational leader, self-starter, and exceptional communicator. Experience with business cases preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of database administration, system architecture & design, and network administration.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Trimble Unity Construct, PMWeb, Primavera P6, or similar is strongly desired.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred.
- 8-10 years’ experience in a technology leadership role, with a track record of successful technology project delivery.
