- Subject matter expert in education programming within Texas ISD system.
- Experience responding to Requests for Proposals, Expression of Interest, Statement of Qualifications.
- Highly effective in working with teams on complex projects.
- Highly effective in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and industry leaders in the K-12 sector in Texas.
- Willingness and ability to travel through the state to support planning efforts for transformational projects in the Houston, Austin/San Antonio, and Plano markets.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Planning, Architecture, or related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of planning experience in the education sector in Texas is required.
