Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Must have knowledge of travel model application and some exposure to model development and calibration.
- Must have experience with major modeling packages including CUBE, TransCAD, VISUM, EMME4.
- Experience with various scripting languages such as CUBE Voyager and GISDK, is also required.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python and R is desired.
- Exposure to DTA modeling with packages such as Dynameq and Aimsun is also desired.
Education and Experience
Requires a 4-year degree in engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in travel demand modeling or Master’s degree in transportation engineering and 3 years’ experience.
