Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret technical findings and share them with general audiences.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently.
- Strong familiarity with standard business software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working with large databases, dashboard development, and related software (Power BI, Tableau, MySQL) is a plus.
- Experience with computer programming (such as C, Java, and Python) and GIS software is a plus.
- Strong interest in transportation planning and socioeconomics is a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning, City and Regional Planning, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
- A masters' degree is a plus.
- EIT or AICP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, which could be a combination of internships and education.
