Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Prior chief of party, team leader, or other demonstrated progressively responsible leadership roles on projects of a similar type, size, and duration—preferably with USAID.
- Demonstrated experience in technical and management skills, communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders to include donors, host country government entities, and local and international staff.
- PE license (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic fluency is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience navigating high-pressure environments and demanding deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to be based in Amman, Jordan.
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or relevant engineering field. A higher degree in relevant fields is strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience managing complex water/wastewater projects in the Middle East region, with a strong preference for experience in Jordan.
