Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience working in risk communications or as a facilitator
- Demonstrated experience working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and ability to interact with government officials at national and local levels
- Capable of explaining complex, technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in an international setting and/or in developing countries highly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing public outreach programs; prior involvement with resettlement projects or activities is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications or similar field
