Water Resources Engineer
Your Capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to creatively apply technical knowledge.

- Experience developing construction documents (drawings, technical specification, opinions of probable construction cost).
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D tools including grading, corridors, and network development.
- Experience with ArcGIS or other Geographic Information Systems software.
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree Engineering with an emphasis in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
- 5 - 7 of related work experience in civil engineering design, with an emphasis on water resource projects (river restoration, geomorphology, dam and barrier removal, levees, flood control structures, nature-based solutions, green infrastructure, and stormwater management).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in State of California, Oregon, or Washington required or (ability to obtain within one year of start).
This position has the flexibility of working in a hybrid work environment with a mix of remote work and in office work. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
