Water/Wastewater Engineer - EIT

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Basic understanding of general concepts of relevant areas of civil engineering design including gravity and pressure systems, hydrology and hydraulics, geotechnical, survey, storm water/drainage design, water distribution system,..
• Ability to focus on all areas of a project or task and must be organized to maintain efficiency while producing accurate work.
• Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
• Understanding of civil engineering concepts and ability to effectively communicate ideas to others.
• Ability to interpret sketches, engineering drawings, and other similar material.
• Basic experience in Microsoft Office and ArcGIS. Willingness to learn new software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization and critical thinking skills
• Co-op / Internship experience preferred.
• Python or PowerBI knowledge preferred.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
