Education & Experience

The Team Leader is not a stand-alone position, it is a series of value-adding duties (on top of a substantive position) with an expectation that the duties will take, on average, up to no more than 8 hours per week. The person’s substantive position in their professional role and Business Unit does not change, compensation is based on their substantive position and is reviewed in accordance with Company Policy.
